隋帅，博士，教授，博士生导师, 入选国家级青年人才项目，2023 年入选辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。研究方向为智能自适应控制理论及其应用，以及多智能体系统（无人机，无人船编队模拟）的智能控制理论及其应用。在国际控制领域主要学术期刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems 》等和一些重要国际会议上发表（含录用）学术论文 60 余篇，其中12篇IEEE汇刊论文入选ESI工程领域前1%高被引论文，2篇论文获中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文，1篇论文获IEEE TFS期刊最佳论文奖。博士毕业论文获得2021年“中国自动化学会优秀博士学位论文”提名奖。获2019年国家教育部自然科学一等奖，2022年中国自动化学会自然科学奖一等奖,2022年获辽宁省研究生教学成果特等奖，以及2023年辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖，并入选2022年“全球高被引科学家”名录。
目前主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，国家自然基金重点基金项目课题1项，辽宁省自然科学基金2项以及横向课题1项。曾担任国际学术会议2021 International Conference on Security, Pattern Analysis, and Cybernetics 组织委员会共同主席。现为中国自动化学会自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专委会委员。
